Dr. Dean Reeves

K. Dean Reeves, M.D. is a physician and medical researcher. His private practice is located in northern Johnson County, Kansas, in the Greater Kansas City area. He collaborates in research with other locations across the country and internationally. Dr. Reeves trained at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is licensed in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Dr. Reeves is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Reeves has authored a number of peer-reviewed publications in the area of regenerative injection therapy and perineural injection for nerve pain treatment in journals such as the Journal of Pediatrics, The American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, The Pain Physician, Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Biomechanics Magazine, Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, North American Clinics in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine, the Journal of Orthopedic Medicine and the Journal of Prolotherapy. 

He has authored chapters in pain management texts such as Pain Procedures in Clinical Practice (2000 Edition), The Practice of Minimally Invasive Spinal Technique (2005 Edition), Pain Management (2007 Edition), and the Sports Medicine Resource Manual (2008).

Dr. Reeves has spoken nationally and internationally for annual meetings of such organizations as the Hong Kong Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine, Canadian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine, Kuwaiti Medical Society, American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, National Athletic Trainer's Association, and the Global Congress of Minimally Invasive Spinal Specialists.
